Thought it’d be a good opportunity to give a refresher and update to my commission page, which are open and I’m curretly taking them

Alright, first of all, rules

• Contact has to be done via either my Twitter, Tumblr or FurAffinity accounts, you'll have better chances for me to answer quickly through those sites compared to others I'm in

• Anything pretty much goes, with the exception for NSFW, it’s already an oversaturated market that one, suggestive is as far as I’ll go

• I have the right to refuse to accept working on a commission whether if I feel like it’s out of my comfort zone or if I don’t feel like I’d beable to deliver a satisfactory outcome

• Any commission that I draw will be first and foremost for personal and private use. Commercial use of anything drawn by me will have to be consulted with me first, and I have the right to refuse and prohibit permission for commercial use in any way, shape or form depending on how it will be planned to be used. NFTs, cryptocurrency and similiar will be an automatic refusal and block no matter what.

• Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, existing, or to be created in the future, in any media or form, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please, inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

• In the event the client decides to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, existing, or to be created in the future, in any media or form, without the explicit consent of the artist, the client will be immediately added to a block list and no longer be entitled to any further work by the artist. Furthermore, any funds sent to the artist, corresponding to works not yet delivered at the time of the infraction, will be considered as indemnization to the artist for usage rights. In case of no remaining funds to be seized, legal penalties might be applied.

• I will need visual references for any character I’m asked to draw, anything would help but the more detailed the better

• As soon as the initial sketch is approved there will be no refunds (request for changes may depend on how big or small they may be)

• Payments will be done through my Ko-fi commissions page, it’s an easier way to keep track of commissions

Full shaded: USD 40.00

Full shaded + Background: USD 60.00

All prices are the base for a single character, adding extra characters will cost USD 5.00 each

I have to apologize for the lack of any uploads whatsoever around any of the sites I usually lurk around, but I've felt completely unwilling to sit down and draw anything for more than just a few minutes a day, I partially blame the current situation I'm living in real life, would prefer to not go into detail about it, but it's been stressing me out to no end. It's overdue but I'm releasing the two things I uploaded on patreon so far, which I really haven't done so earlier in the hopes I ended up drawing more to justify having stuff that would encourage people to support me there, keeping it hostage any longer is fruitless at this point
In any case, I will try to get back on schedule to draw regularly again, apologies again for the lack of any updates and keeping my stuff hostage for so long

I feel like it was bound to happen eventually, but I'm just gonna cut the crap entirely and go straight to the point which is that it's been getting harder and harder to make ends meet so I've made the decision of finally creating a patreon to try and find some support in any capacity

I don't really want to pressure anyone into giving me money, everything uploaded there will be available for viewing on here and any other sites I frequent later, early access basically, so if you can't support me financially I beg you have a little patience to see my new stuff. I'll appreciate any kind of support received in any way regardless.

But who knows, besides the only tier right now depending on the success of it I might cook up new tiers with rewards later way down the line, stuff like raffles and whatever else, but I'm getting ahead of myself with that, I'll leave the link below if anyone is interested in checking the page itself out

So maybe I should be posting that I am taking commissions currently in all fronts, but just for the sake of brevity I'm gonna copy and paste the rules for it from my FA page while at the same time linking the prices from there, that not illegal is it?
